Shipping and returns
We have no online checkout. Mail orders are taken by email: we confirm stock and the total, and the order ships after payment by bank transfer.

We do not ship outside the UK, Ireland and the EU. Orders paid by 14:00 ship the same day, Tuesday to Friday; Saturday orders ship on Tuesday. EU customers may pay import VAT on delivery.
Returns
- Singles can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the condition is worse than described; we refund the card and the original shipping.
- Change-of-mind returns of singles: within 14 days, as store credit only, minus £1 per card.
- Sealed product can be returned unopened within 30 days; opened product cannot be returned.
- Event entries are covered by the event rules, not by this policy.
